Additional Charges
Domestic orders (Japan): a flat rate of JPY 880, including shipping and cash on delivery fees. Shipping and cash on delivery fees are free for orders of JPY 11,000 or more.
Deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and certain other areas are subject to a relay fee of JPY 2,200 (JPY 3,080 in total with shipping for orders under JPY 11,000; JPY 2,200 for orders of JPY 11,000 or more). For remote islands outside Okinawa, we will contact you before shipping and charge the fee separately.
International orders: shipping is free. Customs duties and import taxes are included in the product price.

Delivery Time
Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days. If a different timeframe is stated on the product page, that timeframe applies.
If an item cannot be shipped because it is out of stock, we will contact you individually.
We cannot combine multiple orders into one shipment or accept a specified shipping date. During sales and other busy periods, we may be unable to deliver on your preferred date and time.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective or incorrect items.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact info@filthhomme.com within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs.
