Shipping
・All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
・Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
・All orders are dispatched from our distribution center in Japan.
・In some cases, items may be shipped from one of our retail stores and may require additional processing time.
・Shipping operations may be suspended during extended holiday periods, including Golden Week, Obon, and the New Year holidays.
・Customer support for shipping-related inquiries is unavailable on weekends, Japanese public holidays, and during extended holiday periods.

Shipping Fees
・Free shipping is available on all international orders.
・No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Duties & Taxes
・All customs duties, import taxes, and other import-related fees are included in the product price.
・You will not be required to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

Important Information Regarding Your Order
・During sale events and peak seasons, order processing and shipping may take longer than usual.
・If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you directly and provide an appropriate resolution.
・Certain products, promotions, or special events may be subject to different shipping conditions.

Changes to Your Shipping Address
・If you need to change your shipping address before your order has been processed, please contact us at info@filthhomme.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
・Once your order has been confirmed or the shipping process has begun, we may be unable to change the shipping address.
・If your order has already been shipped, please contact DHL directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Information
・Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
・You can track your shipment through DHL’s tracking service.
・For delivery instructions, missed deliveries, or redelivery arrangements, please contact your local DHL office directly.
